Say hello to our newest rhesus macaque, Olivia, who is just three months old. She was purchased as a pet in Texas, but when her owner relocated to Arizona, she was confiscated. Executive director Brook Chavez picked her up at the Wildlife Conservation Center in Scottsdale and brought her to the home of two primate experts in San Antonio who will care for her until she is old enough to be introduced to a social group at the sanctuary.
