Danny is a spider monkey who came to the sanctuary after being rescued from a Texas home along with Missy, the capuchin he was raised and shared a habitat with. At Primarily Primates they have same species companionship. One of Danny’s care staff members reported that he’s one of “the most gentle and sweet-natured spider monkeys I’ve ever met.” That’s quite a complement considering that the sanctuary is filled with spider monkeys who also fit that description.
