Primarily Primates' Stephen Tello is interviewed below, and makes the cogent observation that when primates are released to a sanctuary, the government can't hold title to them, or one suspects a revolving door possibility. When chimpanzees, macaques, baboons, lemurs and other monkeys arrive at Primarily Primates from research labs, they remain residents of the sanctuary. Title to them is held by Primarily Primates. That's essential and as it should be.
