Wowser. Chocolate arrives!

If you're one of the sanctuary's lemurs, monkeys, gibbons or chimpanzees, Brooke is rolling out Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Vegan chocolate sauce prepared with coconut sugar is poured into ice cube molds that contain strawberries. Then Brooke freezes them for 3 hours.

Voila! They pop out like regular ice cubes ready to serve.
